    I've had **** out a few times now for problem as well as tuneups for AC or heater. Still very pleased with company. You always get a friendly competent person on phone. Technician *** is professional yet very friendly. He always does that little extra that shows he cares about doing a good job and makes you glad you chose this company. Using a local company has a lot of advantages. Once when I needed a part for heater that was not in truck but in office, I didn't have to wait days or weeks like with other companies, *** got it that day! When I inquired about something that it turns out they don't install, the boss called to explain that, and suggest a name of someone they worked with in past that could install baseboard heater. Nice people. I definitely recommend this company.
