    Took my ****** Yoga laptop for cracked screen repair. Over the telephone, gentleman stated he could fix it and it should take about a week. He stated he knows how important it is for people to have their devices returned ****. Dropped off on April 9th. It took him a couple of weeks to find the part. First part was the wrong part. Found a refurbished screen. He was looking for affordable. He called on May 9th and indicated laptop was ready for pickup. I tested the laptop at the store and the touch screen did not work. I heard the gentleman tell a woman to have me return because he would need to look up on how to fix the touch screen. I called back after 90 minutes and he was still working on it. He called back about 20 minutes later and stated he would NOT be able to get the touch screen working. He stated he thought he could do it, especially with **** and ** products but not with ******. I was given the choice of having the old screen put back on and pay nothing or just pay for the refurbish screen and no labor cost. Decided on the 2nd option.
