    This company is a joke! My 19 year old son got financed through his bank for his first car loan. We purchased a used car from a dealership ( which is a whole other complaint!) but anyways my son purchased the extended warranty for his car about 2 weeks later once he got some paperwork in order for the car. And after we found out his bank didn't offer a warranty. So the sales guy gave him a great pitch! $315 deposit for the max ******** super cheap monthly payments oh and ******** starts immediately. Awesome! So almost a month goes by and my son only drives the car 4 times a week to his job which is literally only 1.5 miles away from our home. One day he decides to go to a store in a neighboring town, so he hops on the interstate then comes home about 2 hours later. He says dad my car is making a funny sound. We check it out doesn't sound good. So he has it towed to our local ***** dealer. Come to find out he needs a new engine because there are metal shavings in the oil! And he's having a issue with the clutch! So they contact ***** warranty and they denied the claim and said that it is preexisting damage because the mileage is to low for the engine to have that significant amount of damage! So what is the purpose of purchasing an extended warranty on a used/ pre-owned vehicle if the company is not going to do their job!?? And they also mentioned he wasn't with in the grace ****** as well even though my son was told by the person he bought the policy from that the company waved the grace ****** so that they could get new and more customers with the fact that the policy would be active immediately.

    I've had this warranty on my Jeep for over 1 year and am very pleased with the customer service I've received during that time. Everyone is helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

    ************ recently purchased a warranty about 6months ago for my 2010 ******* The customer service was very help full, the price is affordable and I have piece off mind that I will have coverage for covered repairs. I do all my own maintenance, oil changes, brakes, spark plugs etc.. I keep receipts, and send them pictures of the odometer and receipts to put in my file.

    Called for a quote for my vehicle the customer service individual that assisted me was so helpful explained the different coverages were and answered all my questions. Signed up with ease and now I know my vehicle will be covered

    I recently purchased a warranty through *************. They had different levels of coverages to choose from and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. I hope to not need to use the warranty, but I feel better knowing I am covered incase anything unexpected happens.
