    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the **** installation services provided by ************** (LAT Mechanical, which have left me and my family in a dire situation. Despite paying a significant sum of $20,000, the three **** units installed in my house have never functioned properly, leaving us in discomfort and distress, especially during cold weather.The inability of these **** systems to provide the basic functionality they were intended for has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also posed health risks to myself and my children due to exposure to extreme temperatures. As a result of Mr. ******* incompetent workmanship, my family has been forced to endure freezing conditions within our own home, which is completely unacceptable.Despite repeated attempts to address the issue with Mr. ***** and request repairs or refunds for the faulty installations, he has been unresponsive and unwilling to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability and professionalism has only exacerbated our frustration and financial burden.I would to also bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the payment of employees by LAT Mechanical, under the management/Owner of **************. It has come to my attention that several employees,have not received their rightful wages for the work performed within the company.
