      My return experience with this company is so fraudulent. They did not return my money to my credit card for one of the products I returned. The other return product they said I opened it and used and that is a lie. So they said they returned it back to me after I returned it to them. So in order for them to do that they would have to get my charge card to deduct the shipment cost. They did not ship it back. Never had I experience such a problem with an on line retailer like this one.

      This customer has posted false information about her Return experience with us. Customer has requested a RAC and she was notified about our Return Policy. We received her return a day later and on the same day we provided her with Return confirmation explaining what items were accepted for the return and what was rejected due to violation of our Return Policy . On the same day her Payment Card was refunded for the cost of eligible items. The item which didnt comply to our Return Policy was mailed back to her. She was provided with a tracking number for the returned item and with a copy of bank transaction.This is a record of our Return process. Return was delivered to our facility on 01/24/2023. Return Confirmation e-mail was sent to the customer on 01/24/2023. CC has been Refunded on 01/25/2023. Unaccepted pair has been mailed back ( per customer request which we received on 01/25/2023) on 01/25/2023 (she received it on 01/26/2023 , we have the customer confirmation about it), refund transaction was made on 01/25/2023.

      I did not give false information. An unhappy customer does not complain about an on line Company if the on line shopping experience was not good and I could not return the merchandise and get my money back. This is the facts. I ordered three pairs of thigh high stockings. The total was $118.80. I sent two pairs of stockings back. I should have received $75.30 for the return of two stockings. First pair of stocking was a Falke and it was size small and immediately I put it on and it ripped. That pair was total price of $43.50. From this experience I figured I better send the other two pairs back. Second pair of stocking was also a Falke in small size for $43.50. The next pair was $31.80 a brand called *******************************. I sent these two stockings back totaling a price of $75.30. I only received from Hoisieree.com a credit of $30.03. The company sent one pair back in the amount of $30.03 because they accused me of stretching out the ankle. This complaint is about my money of $75.30 sending back two pairs of stockings. The Company is a a fraud and does not care if you ever buy again on there website. They are not for the Customer!!
