    They dont even deserve one star!!! They are horrible!!! Poor customer service and no action. They basically just want to collect your $100. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! Unless you want to get scammed out of your $100. Go ahead!!!!

    There is absolutely no excuse for how poorly GotCredit reps communicated with me. I have sent dozens of emails time after time and have waited days and even weeks to get a simple reply. If they are okay with the ineffective and dismissive way they choose to treat their clients, I'll be the one to say that "the writing's on the wall". From day one, other than the owner, the staff has been some of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. The mere fact that the Owner of the company is only one responding to me and not my direct reps is a clear indication that there are some serious issues at GotCredit.GotCredit is a commoditized service and a poor one at that. They need to fix their flawed business and hire people who know what they are doing and exhibit some sense of professionalism. Example; One of their reps ****** me out when I simply tried to get someone to return my call? "The Fish always stinks from the Head".

    This organization lacks the skill set and business backbone to fulfill its business obligation with in the contract you are required to sign for their assistance. The communication is lacking except when its time for them to collect your payment. They do not return calls or email requests and as thus far have not performed in a manner that is worthy of them collecting a cycled payment.I have personally removed more items from my credit files then any of their cheap letter attempts.Per their contract they are to update your case file ***** days cycles for changes and letters sent. This does not happen as it should with out repeat asking about your file updates.Worthless group with a lot of hype and no action. The show all this flash and its ********. They are out spending time and money instead of working on the customers cases. Just look at the ** posts all the time out clubbing not in the office working.Save your self time and money with this group of second had armatures and just do your own credit repair services. Again all talk no action is this group.
