    offer me a transfer from ** to ** for $300.00 when the market is between *******. *** saying he has his own truck / power equipment. This is one of those that offer something to get you on hook and the switch once car is loaded. Stay away.

    Company did not follow through with the terms of the contract. The boat and trailer were to have been loaded onto a separate trailer for transport. They were negligent in coordinating with the boatyard for pick up, and became frustrated when pick up could not be arranged with three hours prior notice. They eventually persuaded me to allow their driver to tow my trailer despite my insistence that it was not worthy of an 800 mile highway journey. The driver, who spoke no English, was not informed that the trailer was compromised, and was surprised when a bearing set failed after 200 miles. Load on Wheel refused to assist the driver with arranging repairs, and instead directed the driver to me and to the boatyard where the boat was picked up. I was required to pay an additional $900 in roadside repair fees and received the boat four days late. Load on Wheel refused to negotiate with me a reduced fee based on not having provided the proper trailer per our agreement, and refused to accept any responsibility for the failed bearings. When I asked for copies of payment receipts to the trucking firm, Load on Wheel sent copies of two falsified Zelle payment receipts that had obviously been manipulated. Their capacity to lie is impressive.

    Complete scam. I should have known when ****** asked me to Zelle a deposit but it wasnt until the driver contacted me via text on pickup day to say his truck made a cracking noise and that he was headed to the shop and he would pick up my vehicle whenever it was fixed. Any 5 star reviews you find online are fake.

    Do not under any circumstances use Load on Wheel they are total shisters. Please trust me first they had me sign a contract for a specific amount and then tried to change the price midstream. A guy answered the phone claiming to be ******************* which should have been my first red flag because his English was horrible. Just a nightmare. Do not use this fake company they will only take your money.

    Horrible company. Looked to have our boat and trailer towed to **. Had an agreement on price. Then they canceled last minute and came up with a cost double the price previously agreed upon. Waiting to see if the refund comes Back before I start legal proceedings. Very poor unprofessional company. And they arent whom they claim to be. Wouldnt give them any stars but the system makes you
