    I bought a new Toyota Corolla in one day after being in a car accident that totaled my previous Corolla. Crestmont was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No ******** and no nonsense.I worked with **** and he was extremely helpful.I recommend Crestmont Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car and especially a Toyota.

    I feel like Crestmont Toyota is the least predatory dealership Ive ever dealt with. When starting my car shopping experience I reached out to about 10 dealerships and they were only willing to talk to me in person some not even giving prices via phone or email. I reached out to Crestmont and they negotiated with me via email with zero issue.i made most of that via email and then came in person to finish the deal. I like that they dont do the crazy **** *** and non of those fees that every other dealer loves to add. I can say ***** and ****** were amazing and I would recommend them both to anyone.

    Very attentive team of repair employees. They te t to let you know howntonreach your dedicated servi c e manager. You will receive a call stating when you can pick up your vehicle. I have never waited longer than 90 minutes for repair work.

    My car was towed to Crestmont the night before with a bad tire. The next morning it was all fixed and ready to go. It was a relief to get the car tire fixed so quickly. They even sent someone to pick me up at my hotel so I could get my car. I wish from out of state.The Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for a job well done.

    Bad experience 4 more times! Delays! Bad management with rude customer support and rude manager sales Manager! I dont recommend ******************* long wait time , tires rotation 3 more hours, oil change 5 hours Before contacting these guys, think about whether you have extra time and extra money.
