    Tried to contact Cambridge Silversmiths Ltd about a defect in the silverware that they manufacture, or that they contract out to manufacture is near to impossible!We purchased a four place set of Cambridge Silverware about ten years ago. We expected it to last for a lifetime at the cost we paid for it. I recently noticed that the 'silver' or whatever metal the company uses to coat the silverware is flaking off. I am sure that it has been flaking off for years. We will toss it out minus a few pieces to show our lawyer. We have been ingesting this unknown metal for a couple years now I'm sure. What health hazards it produces is unknown. Is is silver? Is it Aluminum? Is it stainless steel? We would need numerous xrays to see if there are minute pieces of this unknown metal in our systems!If you purchase any silverware made by Cambridge Silversmiths in ******* or ***** or *****, toss it out! I wish I could post the photos of the tablespoon that has the most metal flaked off. But the BBB site will not allow photos.Hire your attorney!
