    I ordered a detox kit from MB Dietary Supplements and realized shortly after ordering that I ordered the wrong kit. I wanted to cancel my first order and reorder the proper detox kit but the phone number (2-3 of them) given to contact them was not and has never accepted calls. The phone numbers are a joke. So they left instructions on their website how to contact them by sending my concerns to them via message through their website and was promised they'd respond within 24hrs. Well I sent several messages and it's been two days and not one message was responded to. I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Zero contact, but they sure was in a hurry to take money out of my account and left no instructions on how to cancel your order. And. If you want your money back you'd have to go through the manufactory not them. So. They took my money, their sending me the wrong detox kit ,can't get my money back and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE!
