    I got a tow yesterday and told the guy to drop off my car at my house. He dropped it off at wrong house and we were even waiting for him. Also I found my car at a different house and he left the car window wide open with my key in it. You would think the tow company would ensure that the owner has the car and ************ before leaving. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    I actually called *** because I was stuck and needed a tow. Generation X was sent to answer the call. So to take one step back while requesting a tow truck with *** they ask if you need a ride, I replied yes. Then it asks how many people, so I replied 1. The minute the driver arrives he asks me to see my *** membership and his next question is Do you have a ride? I said No I requested a ride for one person on the *** app. The driver says Well we dont take people then he goes on to say, Well maybe I can do you a favor but it was very obvious he was pushing for money. I told him if its their policy then forget it. He then said, Why dont you just take an Uber? I replied No, I requested a ride and if you cant take me, Ill call *** back and request another driver because I have a firearm in the vehicle and I cant leave it, Since he couldnt extort money from me, he left. When I called *** back they said that he is supposed to take the member, and wanted to send him back. Even though I was stuck I refused, I will not let an unethical company go near me vehicle. I was completely annoyed and disappointed.I want people to know the scam, that the company, or possibly just the driver is trying because he has no integrity.
