    We have used Rayz for about a year now. They have installed and replaced over 100 light fixtures at my business. We are an industrial facility and they used all proper commercial hardware and protocols. Their products are LED and have saved us thousands of dollars. Their prices are far less than any local competition. The only reason that I give them four stars instead of five is that communication can be challenging, but we still get it done.

    In January 2024 we started to remodel our Pantry One location. We were informed by ************************* Township that the electrical work done by Rayz Lighting Inc was not done to code. They did not install junction boxes and used residential wiring for commercial lighting, etc. We informed Rayz Lighting Inc of the problem and asked them to come back and fix the issue related to the code. The township has asked us to bring the lighting up to code or we will be shut down within the next month. Rayz Lighting Inc have basically held their hands up, they have told us this is not their problem. We have reached out to them multiple times but they never respond back to us. We got them on the phone once and they responded by making threats against us and acting very unprofessional. I have been in business in ********** for almost 40 years and I have never had such a horrific experience as this. I would like some action to be taken against Rayz Lighting for doing work that does not follow code and ***** the livelihood for their customers. I do not want other customers of theirs to go through the same situation.
