    1. Have a severe shortage of aides and nurses. My mother was left for hours at times waiting to go to the bathroom and then left on the toilet with no one to help her get off. 2. The aides that are there are rude, especially at night; were very mean to my mother; an 87 year old who had had surgery and was in pain. 3. I asked for over 3 weeks for FMLA paperwork to be signed as I was there every day ; bringing my dad to see my mom; being there with my mom; over 4 hours a day. Missed 2 weeks of work. Kept being told it would be signed by the admissions director. Never got it signed. The drs there are not willing to sign paperwork . This is federal paperwork, nobody will take responsibility for anything.
