According to the BBB Code of Advertising, Lowest prices, underselling claims
Despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, the rapidity with which prices fluctuate and the difficulty of determining prices of all sellers at all times preclude an absolute knowledge of the truth of unqualified underselling/lowest price claims.
- Advertisers must have proper substantiation for all clams prior to dissemination.
- Unqualified underselling claims must be avoided.
Claiming "lowest prices" means that a business constantly monitors the prices of all their competitors and they adjust all of their prices regularly to ensure their prices are always lower.
Unfortunately, the business failed to respond to BBB's request to substantiate, modify or remove the statement.

"i fill like they are scam artists cause they give you points but you can't use them cause you have to set up a online account but when you try to do that you can't i've called them up a couple of times to try to resolve it and they hit you up with a lot of questions and i still don't get anywhere then they want you to book a getaway thats all there wanting is to sell you something and not redeeming your rewards and the last time i stayed in one of there hotels they ripped me off went and checked in and they sent me too reservation one was the price they said it would be and the other was a lot higher needless to say when i checked out they charged me the higher price one they are nothing but con artists"
