"I made a reservation on the phone with the reservation desk who confirmed with the front desk about my day rate stay on the 27th between hours of 10 AM and 4 PM upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that check-in time was 3 PM and theres nothing he cando about it but if Id like to stay early, its going to cost me an additional $30, I explained to him that I only needthe room for the daytime due to business meetings and he ignored my request." ... "This establishment need to be evaluated by the regional management & higher **** The facility is ran by unprofessional, lack of hospitality & zero to no empathy for their guest. Not welcoming and no one is ever at the front desk for check in, they leave a note on wall to call for the guy to come to the front desk." ... Read full review
