  We hired Pure Service Pro to fix a water issue in our basement. They were a pleasure to deal with the entire time, walked us through every step of the process, clearly outlined our options and costs and performed the work to the highest of standards. Our job ended up being a bit more complicated than we thought due to damage noticed during the repair process, but their crew stayed later than scheduled to ensure everything was done and cleaned up. I would 100% hire them again.

  I was impressed with the integrity of ***** and the breakdown of what the job required. My questions were answered and the mold mediation was addressed. ***** and his team did an impressive job and finished in a timely fashion. The real test is after the next rain but confident the results will not be the same as prior to Pure Service Pro. Clean up was done and we can all rest easy now knowing the mold is gone.Thanks Pure Service Pro a job well done!!

  Pure Service Pro was great to work with. Our estimate with ***** was quick and painless. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Our project was scheduled for the coming weekend and completed in a few hours. The project team was quick, thorough, clean, and respectful. Communication was open and responsive all along the way.   Pure Service Pro just finished my basement mold remediation and waterproofing for my newly purchased home. To start off, a thorough inspection and estimate was provided. Prior to work being done, the owner provided a comprehensive visual presentation regarding the reason for the work that was going to be performed as well as a detailed explanation of all the parts used, reason for them, and overall benefits of them. I had French drain installed in addition to mold remediation. The employees doing the work arrived as scheduled and completed the whole job in one day. So excited to have a new and now functional and way better smelling basement thanks to pure service pro. My mind is out at ease knowing a lasting solution was implemented rather than trying to mask a problem and potentially having more problems. So thankful for a job well done! Would recommend 100 times over.
