  Catch Air is the wrong place to have a stress free party for your Kids starting with the rude, unprofessional & VERY unwelcoming STAFF special the Manager I booked my sons 3dr birthday party here thinking we were all going to have so much fun REGRET IT A LOT. I booked this place literally in person because I had so many questions before giving them a deposit everything seemed perfect when I went to booked it friendly staff and they showed me around and answer all my questions to what I wanted to hear at that time my party was supposed to start at 5:30pm and the told me I had 15min to decorate before 5:30pm, 4 days before the party when they called me to confirm, the story changed completely they told Me even though my party was at 5:30 I wouldnt have access to the room to decorate till 6:30pm I was confused because thats not what we discussed when I made the reservation they also told me that because of the inconvenience they would allow me to stay in the room till 8pm instead of 7:30pm When I got to the place at exactly 5:30pm along with all my guests they told me the room wasnt going to be available till 6:50 to decorate because there was another party before mine and they needed to clean, mind you they had a sign outside with my sons party info and the room was empty and clean way before 5:30pm they just didnt want me in because the manager didnt feel like it, I explained to her I just wanted to decorate I knew about the 60min in the room guest policy, when they finally gave up and allowed me in at exactly 6:30 they started tell me I only had till 7:30 pm to give the kids pizza and leave the room I was so stressed out plus the unprofessional manager kept sending her staff to rush me out & tell me how many minutes I had left even though they told me over the phone as a courtesy I could stay till 8pm I spoke with ******* over the phone when I told them about ******* the told me they dont know any ******* lol in conclusion this place is a joke. AVOID

  Catch Air is the most disorganized party place. I booked my sons party and I had to wait one and half for my party room. The party before us arrived late and refused to leave the room. The peoooe in party were hungry and tired. I was embarrassed and the management never apologized. The host was useless. I had to serve and cut my own food for my sons party. The place did not provide plates or utensils, and this was included in my package deal. My mother **** had to search for plates because no one came to help us. The manager has the nerve to say., well we won't charge for all three kids. No!!!!! I want half mt money back. If they at least said sorry or stayed to help the party to make feel more comfortable but nothing. The party room was dirty and sticky. The place didn't even offer a solution or ways to help out my party. I didn't even get to enjoy my party, I never been so upset and disappointed, I couldn't believe what family went through.
