According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "Warranties"
When using the term "warranty" or "guarantee" in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser's website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request.
When advertising "lifetime" warranties or guarantees or similar representatives, the advertisement must clearly and conspicuously disclose its intended meaning of the term "lifetime."
Unfortunately, the business failed to respond to BBB's request to modify or remove the claim.

All replacement work completed by us is backed by a lifetime warranty. In short, if their replacement begins to leak or the glass is defective, they will re-replace the glass.
All windshield repairs come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If the repair fails and cracks further, or if their customer is simply unsatisfied up to 30 days after the repair service was rendered, the amount paid for the repair is credited towards their replacement service.
