"I'm not allowed to bring my truck in for service because I complained about #1 the mess they made when they changed the oil, tech couldn't ever wipe the oil that sprayed all over, #2 I called back to complain that the tech after changing the air filter never tightened the clamp in addition to that the breather tubing was disconnected and never put back, #3 when the tech changed the cabin filter he just shoved everything back into the glove compartment, didn't even know where to put the owners manual back into the place where he took it out from. This tech shouldn't even be allowed to wash a car at the dealer let alone service them." ... Read full review
