    We do hundreds of deals each year and I have never had such a bad experience with a title company. To make it worse they were weeks outside / past the closing date and this was a simple cash deal that normally closes in no more than 2 weeks. To make it even more frustrating the staff gave lip service but proved by their actions they could care less. I never had a title deal done in the last 10 years at least that was this bad. Not 1 single thing went right, not one. And if my staff didnt step in to help it would have been even longer and would have been an even worse situation. Do NOT use this company. There are to many other title companies out there to have to deal with unneeded stresses.
