  Beware of this company they should be investigated by the *** or US *************** They sent me a fraudulent bill over $1000 for Covid tests supposedly done in 2020, very interesting 4 years later they claim this. I never used this lab nor did they ever provide evidence of requesting their services from any medical office or facility. They just sent me a bill over $1,000 and now its on my credit report. I never had a collection on my credit report. Now I googled them and find that lots of people are in the same scenario.

  Served with a fraudulent $513 charge for a supposed 2 year old COVID-19 test that I have no recollection of nor records for. Only found out about it when the charge was brought up by a collection agency. Upon searching ****** reviews for this "business" I found others in the exact same scenario, even some with the same amount they claim we owe. No records from my insurance, healthcare provider, or even any clinic I've ever been to. Everything about this reads like they are sending out thousands of these ludicrous charges, hoping that even a handful of confused or anxious people pay up; a wide net approach.

  The employees here should be disgraced to work for this company. I received two C19 tests back in 2020 at a ** *********** which was in network with my insurance company. The *********** decided to send my samples to this (Genesis) out of network Laboratory. At the time, I received two checks totaling about $450 from my insurance company about 6 months after the two tests. Three years later, I receive a bill in the mail from Genesis demanding $513 now and an additional $513 for my second test otherwise they would send me to collections. Outraged, I called Genesis where they agreed to put my account on hold and told me that I needed to handle this with my insurance company and that they should pay for it.After calling my insurance company, which I no longer have from 3 year ago, they told me that Genesis had accepted the CARES Act funding for these tests and that I was not responsible to pay. After calling Genesis they claimed that I still owed them the about $450 that the insurance company paid me 3 years ago. I then called my insurance company to confirm this, where they haphazardly agreed.So now I apparently owe Genesis the $450, which does make sense to me since this was insurance money provided to me to pay an out of network service. The problem that I have with Genesis is the fact that it took them 3 years to bill me for this, and on top of that, they billed me incorrectly. If I unknowingly paid this, I would have paid $1026 (about $576 more than I owe).Additionally, with the gap of 3 years, I can see how this could be extremely stressful for families who live from pay check to pay check. Fortunately, I have enough savings to pay for this, however it is extremely inconsiderate of Genesis to delay this and to improperly post a bill without consulting with the insurance company even being out of network.Ultimately, I didn't even have a choice in Genesis, the *********** I went to made this decision for me and caused me plenty of headaches and stress.

  BEWARE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Do not go here even if your life depended on it. They are criminal. If I could given them a negative zero that is what I would give these greedy money grabbing scum. Just like the other reviews I was also charged ****** to run a covid test which was sent from an urgent care I went to for the swab. I paid 30 dollars for the test and these b******* charged me ****** to run a test! How dare you do this during a pandemic when people were out of work and dying. This place should be shut down. And I would clap right outside while those doors shut for good. Go somewhere else if you dont want to be ROBBED
