  Scammers! I was charged $130.71 extra for having a minivan on top of the $89 online! I paid $220.71 in total ! Why would I be charged extra if I have paid online stating that I have a minivan in the first place! DONT PARK HERE! Currently filed a case at ******************************, these crooks should not be in business! STAY AWAY!

  My total price from Thursday morning to Monday evening was ***** on the way app where I purchased this parking deal for my vehicle, I changed the time of my pickup on the app and they charged me an additional *****. I was upset they said they compensated with way bucks but no refund. When I arrived at the airport at 3:45 am in the morning they charged me an additional *****, for what reason , they claimed since I had a truck it was extra! I said where does it say that at? They did not show me and said just pay. I was unhappy about this process and had such a strong feeling of being cheated. There was nothing I could do. I've never experienced this before, another man arrived at the same time and he was upset too and recommended this website.I'm grateful for such an arrangement of parking my car but I wish they were straight forward in their prices. That was very unfair.

  I parked here and my car was moved while I was gone. The inside door handle was broken off when I picked up my car and the company refuses to take accountability for it.

  Typical bait-and-switch routine: advertise low rates and then force you to pay extra when you have no choice. Book there at your own risk!

  This operation is very unprofessional and has rude, arrogant and dishonest employees. The fine print speaks to surcharges for SUV's which the hit you with once you get there. The shuttle driver was reckless with luggage and just threw it into the back of the van breaking one of the roller wheels. I also accidently over tipped the driver by $76 vs. the $5 tip I intended. They said the driver only got $21 from me. These folks are shady operators and I would never recommend them.

  One star rating is generous. This is a zero star operation Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. Advertised daily storage $9.99 When I got there, I was charged an extra $40 for an SUV ******* Outback) - misleading advertising. On return, we called for the shuttle pickup to which the attendant said shuttle was enroute. ******* did not arrive until an hour later. Shuttle driver name was *** on July 25th, 2023 at 10:30pm when he picked us up after an hour long wait for a shuttle that is literally only 10 minutes away. Our pickup point was ************** Terminal B pickup point #6 Driver experience: ***, the driver did not fully open sliding door and left an elderly passenger to struggle and almost fall out of the high step entrance. My wife had to assist passenger to access bus! Next passenger attempted to enter bus and held sliding door for support. Door now slid into fully open position, causing passenger to almost fall flat on the tarmac.Driver was aggressive and discourteous to other road users. I rated him as unsafe and should likely take anger management training. On arrival at the car park, he slammed my wife's roller suitcase hard into the building wall. The impact reverberated very loud and my wife confronted him against breakage. His response was 'is your bag worth a million dollars?'Inside the building, *******, the attendant gets us for a late fee of about $35 because we didn't collect car at 9AM. Most other lots simply charge you an extra day which in this case would be $9.99 Please avoid this outfit at all cost

  Scam! Very unprofessional not transparent practice, due to inclement weather my flight was delayed and I arrived shortly after my scheduled pick up time ( the shuttle provided also was extremely late) when I arrived I was taken in the office and informed that I was charged an additional $30 for being late and it was to be paid before key retrieval that would've been fine if I had been informed that that was in place. Will never use again SCAM. Wanted cash or I would have to pay more

  0.0 review these people put 78 miles on my vehicle while I left it parked there for 2 weeks. They also charged me a $75 oversized car fee. But I did "save" by paying cash so as to avoid paying tax. These people are crooks. "Joy riding" is a jailable offense in **********.
