      Horrible front desk person, when I went to call after my emg for a record this person ***, answered the phone was extremely rude, short and cut me off several times. When I asked to speak to a manager she was in a meeting at 9:05am and I just called back manager is in another meeting. So I called the Brick location to see if there was a district manager over the entire practice. Girl in Brick very nice and said she would call. No return call from MGR, so I will continue to call for her. The girls at the front desk are rude. should never have jobs that interact with people. I love the fact you go in for an appointment and they are more concerned over what type of chocolate your going to shove in your mouth as you deal with patients and the phone. I am sure they get paid well, maybe do your job and do it nicely and your negative reviews will turn around.The doctor was very pleasant which is sad, because the front desk fools are making your practice not look good. No report yet after several days after test!
