If I could put negative star or without any stars about this array behavioral care needs to put in on that list ; which I have been dealing with since COVID-19 pandemic. Which they while I was using their services & sadly would like also include that while had been trying to keep telling both the ****************** which keeps telling me that I have to pay $160.00 dollars for the copay for out of network doctors which on my insurance card Never Says anything about this amount for any specialist payments for that amount at all , which I have already called the customer service number which my insurance have already told me & verified that I should be only paying what's shown on my plan is not at all what array behavioral Care forces me to pay $160.00 . I should actually be only paying out of network $75.00 which they are such this company should just change their name to array behavioral Don't Care . Because of how they have lie about how there here help when , I also have been dealing with how rude and disrespectful their social workers/therapist for therapy sessions are disrespectful also in their own ways . I would NEVER recommend anybody to use the services. I was never in whole 10 + years of mental health services that I was put down & I felt that not listening Because this place is only one out for money which is sickening that they put people's lives in jeopardy because they're hungry for money they've sent me in to a lawyer's office. Also because I was unable to pay for the money which not even correct amount for the services that they didn't provide correctly because I have now have to fight to get any appointment correct which is sickening in my opinion.

Copying this from my Yelp review because I'm feeling *****.If I could rate this zero I would. They've been sent multiple denial notices from my insurance company and refuse to work with them. They took my insurance without notifying me that I was out of network before signing responsibility paperwork. Then when confronted, they only paid half the bills. Now I'm having to go through the whole process again because they, once again, refuse to work with my insurance on fixing the issue. It is not my responsibility at that point. They should have notified me.Also incredibly unprofessional. Had to bring up the fact that I was Autistic and belittled me with what I call "the tone change." I'm not an idiot. At one point, I just broke down in tears because they've been way too stubborn. I've worked hard to get to where I am and I don't need you to treat me like a child. Horrible people all around. Even my doctor was incompetent with medication. I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action suit.Final words. Do not ever go to these people. Ever. Absolute monsters!

I agree wholeheartedly with the reviews of ************** and ****************** Everything these guys said is true. Im being harassed by Arrays attorney ***************************** because Array doesnt really care about ethics or anyones mental health. Please take care of yourself and your health by steering clear of this company if you can. It is definitely not worth it.

Ive been with array since it was called Inpathy previously so for around 5 years. Since theyve changed names to Array and updated their system they do not bill insurance properly and were sending me bills for thousands of dollars. Im on ssi for disability and my insurance fully covers this service. Im supposed to get treatment so that I can be well someday. This company punishes and preys on their patients and will leave u to figure out and fix their billing errors even though its their job. It has put an immense strqin on my mental health and my relationship and the worst part even though insurance says they cant make me pay and the people in billing said i shouldnt have to pay i still get the same bills in the system because the system wont send the bills over to my insurqnce correctly. If you value your mental health and are seeking less stress in your life avoid them.

My need was EXCLUSIVELY to establish CONTINUITY OF CARE for medication management after having moved from another state.1. Was coerced to have an appt with a "nurse" prior to the one with nurse practitioner (**) I was needing, (they won't permit setting it up with ** otherwise). This appt was, as expected, a complete waste of my time, and money for something I NEVER WANTED NOR NEEDED. 2. I called the phone number provided at the waste of time, Array NEVER CALLED BACK - getting a hold of somebody at Array is UNACCEPTABLY difficult.3. Array didn't provide the docs to obtain my records from prior professional until it was too late, such that the ** was unable to review and prepare for appt - making the key meeting an unprepared waste of my time and money.4. Turns out ** is unable to treat me, which I find out AFTER WASTING ANOTHER MONTH, despite Array knowing from day one I had run out of my meds when I was calling and how problematic having to wait a month was to begin with. This should have been disclosed IMMEDIATELY when I first called for appt - due to Array's gross negligence, I'm going to be over 4 months no meds (it's + 2.5 months before I can see another provider). This despite my having disclosed all my diagnoses, meds, and purpose SEVERAL TIMES since day 1!5. Their pre-appt reg forces saving a debit card which makes it impossible to complete due to unacceptably high risk of financial fraud. It's a shame the ** is practicing with the negligent, unethical, and incompetent Array, as she actually seemed good, and was forthright with me. She also had the decency to cancel my appointment due to the false premise with which it was scheduled (she has no control over the prior waste of time though so I'm expecting to be billed for that useless, and unnecessary 'service' - had the ** an in person practice, she could have treated me; nobody disclosed at any point the requirement for in-person, and thus Array should have told me they couldn't help me ON DAY ONE.
