Since our items are custom-made specifically for each customer upon order placement, they are not eligible for returns.     Ordered a table cloth from their online catalog. When I needed to return it to get a different size they said that it was custom and that it could not be returned. This was not a custom order.

    When I told them it was not custom but directly from the items on their site they said that at check out the item says custom. All of their items are deemed custom. That explains why there is just a recording for their customer service line that directs you to email them. They are not interested in customer service or satisfaction.

    Ordered a stock table cloth from IQ Linens which was not the color I was expecting. When I contacted them about a return, they said I could not return it since it was a "custom" order. The exact same table cloth (including the exact same images of the product) are available from multiple different companies online. The table cloth was made by a different company and it was shipped 1 day after ordering, so I don't believe them when they say via email that they custom made it for me after I ordered it. Buyer be warned!

    Would not accept return. Order not custom. This place is a ripoff. My order was on their drop down list. I should have read the reviews. They deserve the * rating.

    Do not use this company for any custom orders. I ordered 3 tablecloths from them for $450. They came with pleats in the corners. You cannot order a cloth with a logo directly from their website. You have to contact them directly and communicate via email so I was not given an option of pleats or no pleats (I didn't even know that pleats on a tablecloth were a thing - I just wanted a fitted tablecloth). When I received them, they were over an inch off the ordered size in every dimension and had so much excess fabric in the corners that it was unmanageable. It was a sloppy look for what was supposed to be a fitted tablecloth and it does not look like the clean, crisp, image they have on their website. I asked if they could remove the pleats, which to their credit they did, but now they are a full two inches shorter than what I ordered and they will not correct it. I now have a "custom" product that was supposed to be 42" in height and is 40" in height. I can't imagine any other company that could get away with such terrible tolerances and even worse customer service.
