      I cant get a direct email with corporate, so Im posting this ******* is currently 6:00pm on September 16th, I called and waited on hold to get my login information and was transferred to a girl named ********* glad to hear the line is recorded, because as I was explaining the reason for my call (to retrieve my login information to perform fingerprints on customers at my new job, as I was instructed to call) I was given extremely subpar service. I am a very kind spoken person and I want to file a FORMAL complaint about **************** Personal issues are to be kept out of work, and attitude adjustments should be made. We are adults, Id expect demeanor to match the age

      This bussiness is absolute trash. I have had the misfortune to have to go through this company for backround check more than once and it has been nothing short of a nightmate both times. This company shoulf be shut down. Its truly shameful.

      This entity is not customer-friendly and doesn't care about your time. They will advise you to turn around and tell you that the employee has no right to advise you. While they have the results of the fingerprinting they are asking me to do it again and the website will not allow me to put the ORI * I need it sent to. Waste of time and money and it made me feel talking to a wall or a robot, not a human being.

      **************** is rediculous. They really take it to heart that they work alongside government orgs. by the way that you can almost never get ahold of them! You have to call them and when you do there is a 20-30min wait each time. Their website is a joke and has no useful information about your application, status updates, etc. It would have been much easier to get my fingerprints scanned at a local business. This was just recommended by my employer but I will certainly not be returning as a customer if I can help it.

      ******************* not! There is no customer service. Left multiple voicemails as they are notorious with their "all of our agents are currently busy... your call is important to us..." Sent emails with no response. No response to the negative survey. Absolutely cannot and would not recommend this company.
