      I purchased it new car last month. The salesman reviewed the purchase order with me but failed to disclose the Documentary Fee $899.00 fee (Clerical Expense $541.00/Documentary Transmital Fee $358.00) pre printed on the sales order. Leaving the dealership he failed to give me a copy of the purchase order. After arriving home I called and he indicated he would mail me a copy. Instead he texted a copy which was unreadable. He also indicated he would keep me informed of the production process (he did not). He called me on April 29th indicating the vehicle was in and pressured me to close the next day (end of month) in order for the dealership to earn manufacturers overrides. I told him I did not have the funds in place and advised me I could give him a personal check knowing I did not have the funds in my account. This practice is against federal regulations and illegal. I finally hung up on him. This dealership has been the worst new car buying experience of my life and would never utilize them again.

      I WENT TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER MY NEW 2025 *** X6 M60I I ASKED TO PUT 30k AND I TOLD THEM I WILL BE PAYING OFF THE *** THE NEXT 4-6 MONTH BECAUSE I WANNA SHIP MY *** TO MY COUNTRY (AFTER ITS PAID OFF ) .THEY CALLED ME A THEIF AND THEY ASSUMED THAT I AM GOING TO STEAL THIS *** AND NOT PAY IT OFF.NO SHIPPING COMPANY ALLOWS TO SHIP ANY *** WITHOUT THE ***** AND PAPERWORK !! AND OBVIOUSLY THE ***** IS WITH *** FINANCE UNTIL ITS PAID OFF !!I NEVER FELT THIS WAY IN MY WHOLE LIFE AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS THE PROBLEM OF PAYING MY *** OFF WITH MY OWN MONEY AND TAKE MY ***** AND SHIP MY ***!! ****** WAS THE SALES PERSON AND HE WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN ME AND THE MANAGER AND MANAGER DID NOT EVEN COME OUT TO TALK TO ME !BY THE WAY THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE MANAGER NAME SO I CAN MENTION IT HERE !!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GET THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE AT A DEFERENT DEALERSHIP !!
