    I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my kitchen transformation. Thanks toMonk's Home Improvements, the spacious and beautiful design has turned my cooking space into a dream. The attention to detail and the overall craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Monk's Home Improvements for creating a kitchen that combines functionality with sheer elegance.

    I am disappointed that Monks did not back up the work done by their own contractors. Although it was 7 years, the installation of my kitchen sink and plumbing totally failed--sink fell in and plumbing was broken. It was hundreds of dollars to repair. Expecting more than 7 years for this work to last is not unrealistic. Was going to have them install a shower but can't risk it if they aren't going to take responsibility for issues 7 years out.

    I have used Monks for both kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Both projects exemplified Monks professionalism and customer focus. The initial sales experience with ***** was detailed and thorough, ******* provided excellent design expertise, and the project manager ****** was involved every step of the way to ensure quality and timeliness. The projects were completed on schedule and the entire project was extremely well coordInated. I highly recommend Monks and would use them again for future projects.

    We used Monks on two separate occasions, to remodel our kitchen and to remodel our bathroom. Our kitchen remodel went perfectly so we decided to go with Monks for our bathroom remodel. This project also went perfectly. The work was performed neatly and efficiently. This was in large part due to the project manager, ***********************. **** was on site daily to supervise the crew and kept things on schedule. He was more than happy to answer any questions and address all of our needs. Customer satisfaction is truly their main priority. Because Monks provided excellent service and excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to use Monks for any future projects.*****************, Springfield
