Negative stars! Beginning February 2024 I contacted *** Commodities to set up payments on balance due. $409.85. I was directed to your company speaking to Mr. ******** He processed my 1st payment of $50. on ********. I was advised by him to call him when makin future payments. Which I did. I had made a total of $300. in payments. ********, ********, ********, ********, ******** & ******** at $50. each. I have a printout of my checking account showing all the payments withdrawn by Account Control System's. When I went to make my May 17th payment I found the phone numbers not accepting calls???????? I now have received a notice from ********************* Assoc stating I still owe $309.85. It appears only $100. of my payments went to ***, where the h*** is my other $200.??? I have filed a complaint with IOWA Attorney General for assistance as well. Come on people I can't afford this! You should be trustworthy! So lets get this squared away. ******************* *********************************************
