    ************************** is running a sham.He took my friend's money to develop a website. After several weeks he finally admitted he couldn't do it. He agreed to refund her money. That was in July 2022. We are now at the end of September 2022 and still no money. We have both had several conversations, many txts and several emails where he agrees to send the money. However he has never made the payments. Today I found out the business address he uses on his social media and his business card is fake. The building management says he does not rent an office there and cannot receive mail at that address. The website address he lists on his social media doesn't even work. He did not do the work. Admits he didn't provide the services as contracted. Yet, he refuses to refund the money to my friend. Buyers beware of this untrustworthy person. Apparently he also goes by the name *************.
