      I am incredibly disappointed with the All Clad cookware I purchased. After investing around $1,800 in the G5 Graphite 10-piece set, I expected exceptional quality and performance. Unfortunately, Ive found the cookware difficult to use and challenging to keep clean, despite following all recommended care instructions.After a few uses, my pans showed damage, so I contacted customer ********************** and provided photos. Their response was to return the entire set for evaluation, leaving me without any cookware. This feels inadequate, especially since the warranty appears subjective and may not provide the support I need.I chose All Clad to support American-made products, but this experience has been frustrating. To supplement the set, *** had to purchase additional cookware, as some foods simply cannot be cooked properly in these pans. After adhering to the care guidelines, Im still dealing with marks and stains that wont come off.This has been a devastating experience, and I expected so much more from a brand with such a strong reputation.

      The company doesn't stand by their warranty. Finishes on my non-stick pans have completely faded (looks ombre from the base to the top) and the company will not replace the pans or provide steps to repair the finishes. For a set of pans at over $800, I hoped to get more than 4 years of use, but now I'm in the market for a new set of pans yet ************ here is to just buy inexpensive nonstick since expensive stuff will only last 3-4 years.

      I purchased a 12 piece set of T-Fal simply cook non- stick pots and pans. I was primarily interested in the 5 quart pot, but wanted to replace a few of my other pots as well. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the sizes described on the outside do not match what is in the box. The 5 quart = 4 quart The 2 quart = 1.5 quart The 1 quart = 0.5 quart The measurements are clearly marked inside the pots.We called customer ********************** at T - Fal about this discrepancy and were completely brushed off with our concern about false advertisement. They said we could pack it up and send to them with our receipt, or return it to the store for refund. We bought it at Target.They even suggested that the measurements would match if we added the height of the lid, which is absolutely absurd!Bottom line: customer beware - this is false advertising, and you dont get what you paid for.

      We regret to hear that the consumer was not satisfied with his interactions with trying to return his cookware he purchased. He was referred to the website to request the return authorization and the shipping label. He contacted us after that and said he was disputing the charge. I am unsure why the consumer would say that there was no response when trying to return it, Every time the consumer contacted us via e-mail, the agent responded.

      We purchased a Rowenta iron in July and it stopped working in November of the same year, 2023. I filed a claim with the company and was told that the iron would be repaired in 3 to 4 weeks. We are beyond that time period now and we had endure the holiday season without an iron!It was our expectation that the iron would be replaced, not repaired, as we did not even have the product for 6 months! We will definitely purchase a different product moving forward.This experience has left us feeling dissatisfied with the customer ********************** this company clearly does not possess.

      I ordered a complete set of All-Clad cookware. I also ordered the additional 7 piece cooking utensils. All pieces of cookware EXCEPT the cooking utensils arrived. However I never received the cooking utensils. When I opened the last box, the cooking pan was inside, but nothing else. The enclosed packing list, listed both items should have been in the box, with a handwritten note in black in that said "on pallet" next to the 7 piece cooking utensil items. I immediately contacted All-Clad who insisted that two boxes had been delivered and that the exact same shipping list was in both boxes. I informed them that I watched the delivery on my Ring Camera and there was only one box delivered. The told me that they had *** investigate and that my driver "****" said that she " hand delivered me both boxes" Well the delivery person was my long time delivery person named *****. I know him well. Talked to both him and the *** Supervisor and they both confirmed that there was only one box, there is no "****" that works for the company. And it defintely was not hand delivered to me. They also told me there was only one tracking number and it looked like All-Clad did not put the rest of the order in the box All-Clad insists that the item was delivered, there were two boxes and two tracking numbers (which the rep refused to give me.) and as "the two boxes were delivered there is nothing we can do" This despite offering to give them the *** Supervisor's and *****'s *** contact info (they both said they would gladly speak with All-Clad in person as the overseas *** customer ********************** "is a joke" The All-Clad rep again said, that according to the *** report, two boxes were delivered and since they were delivered it is "no longer our responsibility to replace the item"So apparently this company will not support their customers if there is a mistake on their end. You are on your own and out the monies paid. So disappointed.

      All-Clad is not a customer-friendly company. 3 months ago, I bought a D5 Stainless Polished 5-ply Bonded Cookware, 3 Quart Saucepan. They sent me a used item with several black spots on the bottom and fingerprints on the cover. I complained about it, and they told me to send it back for replacement. Unfortunately, the replaced saucepan had structural defect: I decided to test it by boiling some water in it, and it got white and black spots on the bottom again. I called their customer ********************** to return the item. They finally agreed to email me the return slip. After I shipped the replacement saucepan back, I had to wait 3 weeks to only hear that they WILL NOT REFUND me because, as they stated: USE AND CARE ISSUE INT. PITTING EXT. NORMAL WEAR ON SS (???). The main problem is that I used this saucepan only once by boiling plain water to test it, and thats it. I didnt use it afterwards at all because of health safety concerns due to the white and black spots/pitting on the bottom. It wasnt a normal wear issue at all. After just one time water boiling? Thats appalling!Now I am stuck. I cant use it due to unhealthy structural problems of this saucepan. All-Clad is not refunding me either. In addition, their products are pricey and over-inflated, and some of them are not good quality. The customer ********************** is not customer-friendly either.Therefore, my recommendation to others: Do not buy from them! Do not deal with them!Chi B.

      Consumer originally wanted a refund on his purchase. Return policy clearly states must be new, unused in original packaging. Product was used. We did a warranty evaluation to see if we could replace, however, the inspector advised that the damage was from use and care issue

      If you are sensitive to various metals, DO NOT GET THIS COOKWARE! Had an allergic reaction from the metals that are not clearly listed on the website (18/0 does not specify what metals are contained) and the company didn't sympathize at all. In addition, I had HORRIBLE customer **********************, and had two representatives (both a rep and manager), hang up on me- after they called me, and insult my intelligence. I was nothing but kind until they became aggressive, rude, and hung up on me. Wanted to support a ***-based company but they will NEVER see business from me or my family ever again. NOT worth the overpriced pot and pans. Do not waste your money. Go to ********************* and find yourself another 5-ply that is cheaper and will provide you with kind, considerate customer **********************.

      I am sorry the consumer was not satisfied with the return policy that is clear communicated to the consumer on the website. The consumer was also advised in various e-mails that there is a 30% deduction if the cookware is not new, unused and in original packaging. Many companies will not take back cookware that has been used, since the cookware has to be discarded. In checking the phone records and notes from the contacts, the consumer disconnected the calls.

      Rowenta is one of the worst companies I've worked with. Despite my item being within warranty, getting in contact with them to get it covered has been an utter nightmare. They straight up ignore your emails! I strongly recommend that you never purchase anything from them, though the average of 1/5 stars with 11 customers should be adequate to say that they're not a trustworthy company. Bad products and bad customer support.

      I purchased a T-Fal deep fryer and used it 5 or 6 times. Right after the one year warranty ran out it quit working. I contacted T-Fal by email several times and all I ever got as a response from them was "out of warranty, nothing we can do". After several of those responses, tried phone calls and got the same thing! Decided to write to the company at several different addresses shown online and all letters were returned marked "no longer here, not at this address, etc." I will never buy another T-Fal product and will never recommend their products to anyone! Shabby way to do business. NO customer **********************!

      T-Fal electrical appliances are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Based on the receipt provided by the consumer, the fryer was out of warranty. The consumer was provided with information for out of warranty repairs.

      The product carries a one-year warranty. The agents will cover the warranty up to 6 months out of warranty. Based on the consumer's proof of purchase, it was 8 months out of warranty. The agent provided information for service centers for repairing out of warranty at consumer's expense.
