    We visited the farm on 12/6/23. We noticed beautiful trees already cut that was more expensive than "cut your own tree," which was $125. We cut down our tree and headed home. When we arrived at home, we placed our tree in water for a few hours. After One week setting it up and decorating, we noticed the branches were beginning to become brittle and the needles were just falling off at will!!! The tree braches were so pointy sharp that my teen daughter was stabbed on the back of her hand! Ornaments begin to fall and drop and our tree topper leaned. The tree was watered when needed, we checked everyday. We believe this tree was diseased. We had soooo much pine needles on the floor! We've been cutting our trees for 17 years and has NEVER experienced a bad tree until this year. We will NEVER return back to this farm. I'm not seeking reimbursement, but an apology from someone on the farm and a reason this happened. I do have pictures I wanted to submit.
