      Poor communication, poor workmanship. I should have been more careful in my choice. They took a year to start the work, delayed responses in emails, just delayed everything. however had no communication issues when they demanded money. now eveyrthing is paid for, and shortly after install problems arose, improper roof installs, electrical wiring issues, damage to roof and siding, i brought it up to their attention and they denied any wrong doing. I showed them video evidence caught by neighbors security cameras, and then they finally sent someone out to "fix" the issues. entire areas of the roof had no shingles on it, im not sure if they just assumed I wouldnt be able to see from that height. Holes were made that were never closed, siding was damaged, and the roof was never installed correctly. I called them several times, after finding out they didnt even install drip ediging properly, wrote a BBB complaint and they didnt even respond to it. its now been escalated to ** consumer affairs, stay away from this company at all costs.

      I have tried to contact the company several times and the phone numbers do not work. I have a 20 year warranty and I need help a roof leak and havent had any response after trying to contact several Times. Accordingly to the law the roof leaks after solar installation needs to be investigated by the solar company especially that under warranty. Without any response the company is not satisfying their commitment. I will have to lodge a complaint and follow further with the law authorities.

      The system failed inspection and senior management isn't doing anything about it, so I'll be seeing Ad Energy in small claims court in a few weeks for breach of contract (i.e., getting paid to install a functional system and failing to do so).

      Terrible leadership. Simple project that was contracted end of 2021. Still not up and running. Owner ***************** does not care about his customers. He lines his pockets with money and runs. His people cannot even complete simple tasks as request for information. It takes months to get answers. I am in my 15 month and still not up and running. I had to get *************orate involved and slowly progressing for a job that was to be completed in 2022. It has cost me money, fortunately ************* has come to the rescue on financial damages created by Ad-Energy. Stay away from Ad Energy
