    We hired Apex Ambulance to transport my wheelchair bound 96 year old father and 92 year old mother to their grandson's wedding. The vehicle picked them up an hour later than scheduled and my parents arrived shooken up and missed the wedding ceremony entirely . The company provided no explanation for the late pick up and offerred a $150 refund of the more than $1000 charge for the service. I will continue to pursue compensation for incompetent organization but my parents missed probably the last family wedding they will ever experience. Needless to say, we are furious.*****************************
