    I bought the knives many years ago. Lifetime warranty they say. I sent them back about 5 years and I called dec 2022 to see abpit replacing them again under the warranty. After they received them the woman on the phone was very rude and questioned me why do I need to replace them all. I fel t like I was under an interrogatory. She did not need to ask all those questions. When she heard I had them exchanged 5 years ago, she was like this is the last time these are expensive knives we cannot exchange them often. I really got ****** hearing that. Like I was being done a big favor, not honoring their pledge of lifetime warranty. I told her to not even bother sending them back.She was just giving me grief about it! She apparently was happy to give those to another customer and not even send me a check for a refund. Stay away from these crooks! They do not honor their pledge of warranty!!!!

    This is an email that I sent to: twintowerstrading.com.au on 01.06.2022 without any response. The contact number that was given to people in ********* does not exist.Good afternoon Twin Towers Trading team,I actually bought a "The ********************* and a Whipstir Junior a few years ago from Big W ********************* ************* *** and they have been wonderful. Unfortunately, I cannot find the receipts. I am writing to you as the Junior Whipstir which went to pieces after using it to make a small smoothie about a month ago. All the mixers at the bottom of the handle ended ** in the smoothie. I always washed it by hand, never did I put it in the dishwasher.I was hoping you could send me out another Junior Whipstir as per the lifetime guarantee.I have the original box for the ******************** with bar code number: (one, one, seven, eight, two, zero, two, four, two, four) but unfortunately the Junior Whipstir box was thrown out as the Junior Whipstir fitted into the draw.So now I'm contacting Twin Towers Trading Corp in the USA with some hope I can get my Junior Whipstir (Lifetime warranty) replaced.Many Thanks for your time.*****************
