    From start to finish, Infinity has been extremely responsive with all my questions and have kept me informed of progress in a timely manner.They are very professional and have done an excellent job with design, installation, and all aspects of my solar system. The only hold up has been **********, which is solely due to them. Additionally, if I ever have any issues with ********** as to my exported energy, Infinity will deal with ******* system is now up and running extremely well. The Enlighten app is easy to navigate. All the energy produced, consumed, and exported is easily accessed, as well as each panels ************* more than satisfied with Infinity with their customer relations, workmanship, and ease of access to talk to a real person.I highly recommend Infinity for all your Solar needs!

    I had my panels installed about 2 weeks ago, the whole process was fast and easy, everyone in the company was very efficient and kind, always answering calls and messages which made me more comfortable with everything. The installation occurred on a Saturday (which they opened a window for me since is winter and the were not working on weekends), and on the installation day it started snowing unexpectedly and even with that they still showed up, cleaned the roof and did the whole installation in around 6 hours. Everything looks great and I highly recommend them.

    Overall, had a very positive experience. They were flexible with last minute changes and were accommodating on a discount when we adjusted the roof plan. Sometimes, it took a little bit of time to speak with the right person, especially since there were different coordinators at different stages of the process, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would happily recommend them.

    We have done two installations with Infinity: great experiences both times! Our first 6-panel install included roofing on our detached garage, and we later added 10-panels and 10 kW battery backup following a renovation to our house.No issues with install both times and the service department is really pro-active: reaching out when any problems were detected. We have seen about 35% of our electric needs met via solar production and exported excess production to the grid (3.5 mW in 2021 (May to end of year) and 2022 (11-months, offline mid-July to mid-August during renovation), with 2023 PTO/export excess only granted early-July. And, of course, we're doing our part to reduce carbon emissions via lower consumption from grid energy sources.

    Great company that offers quality solar products at a very competitive price. The install crew was kind, efficient and did a very ********. My sales advisor **** and all of the other support staff were knowledgeable, responsive and always willing and able to answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions along the way!). I am very happy that I went solar with Infinity Energy! My only regret was not doing it sooner.

    We had an overall great experience from begining to end. Infinity was able to handle all of our needs from tree removal, to roof renovation and then the solar panels. Every contractor they worked with did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Were extremely happy with out decision to work with infinity!
