  If you have rental properties or a personal home, do not use Select Homes.I am a Realtor in ** and purchased the Warranty for a Rental property in ************. We live 4 hours away and thought a Select Home Warranty would be a good option for the home with Renters for a quick Response and Quality Work. Boy, we were wrong. I filed a ***ort on Sunday and received no response for 3 days, only to be told the unit is not covered. I called once again to inquire what the problem with the claim is????I was told by the *** on the phone who answered the phone to have the heater ***aired and send Select Homes the bill. Only to find out the company wants you to jump through hoops on their website. I was informed because I did not go to the website to file the complaint AGAIN, I was denied. So at this point, I asked for a prorated refund. Of course, that request was denied. Policy and Claim number below. I see Select Home Warranty is not a BBB-accredited company- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I FEEL IT IS A ************ Policy Holder: *************** ******

  Generated work order very quickly and had a service provider lined up in the same half of the day. I was fortunate to not actually need the service after all, but the prompt response and flexible scheduling made a solid impression.

  Worst and fraud Warranty company. They took premium payments from me for 6 months and when I had a simple garage door problem these fraudsters went into hibernation. No response for 100 plus hours. I was forced to get the repair done from my own pocket.Big liar and fraud company. Surprising that I see a few good comments. Perhaps the sales team of this fraudster company may have written these fancy looking comments!!Their license to operate should be taken away as they may have conned millions of customers by now and continue to do so.

  This company continues to say they dont cover this or that! I think I will cancel and save the money I pay to Select to cover whatever they come up with when they decline the claim! Very disappointing!

  Did not honor coverage of warranty for AC unit repair citing that one issue affected all of the other problems with the unit even though they were separate issues. Would not recommend using their services ever and if you are looking for a home warranty provider there are plenty of other options.
