    First I had them put in a rebuilt trans with a 2 year warranty about over a year ago that cost me over 2 thousand. The trans kept slipping so they took it back in and couldnt find out anything. Then about two weeks ago the fly wheel and starter went at the same time. Cost me over *******. Two weeks ago the trans went again. I called and left messages several times and never answered or called me back. Since they didn't act professionally by returning my call and fix the trans that was still under warranty I went on to lease a new/used vehicle. At least I know that the dealership I bought it from will be there for me. Stay away from Ideal Transmission!!

    Needed a transmission for my Son's 2008 ***** Tribute. I contacted Ideal Transmission and spoke with ***** who was very professional. Ideal Transmission did an excellent job and the price Ameer quoted me was the price I paid, not a ***** more or a ***** less. I was able to get my Son's car back in a relatively short period of time. ***** communicated with me throughout the entire process which put my mind at ease. I am very pleased with the work done and I would highly recommend Ideal Transmission.
