    I priced systems last year and ******************* was the lowest, so I had their system installed last September. The system works great, and the workmanship was excellent. *** comes out personally to deal with any issues and handle the seasonal work to start and shut it down. I would recommend them to anyone, and neighbors have commented on the lush lawn I have now.

    ***************** sent a team to install new irrigation. They really dug up the lawn (it was new sod down for 2.5 months). They were supposed to restore it afterward, but didn't rake out the grass, and put the clumps of sod on top of good grass instead of the bare spots they made. I got out there immediately after they left and tried to repair the sod mess. I turned on the sprinklers and saw that a couple of the heads weren't set correctly, so I called right away to get the crew back to fix it. The site manager came back complaining that I called him back and rolled his eyes at me. (Yeah, I don't take that from someone I'm paying to do a job.) I also immediately called the owner who told us that he had just fired the site manager when he returned to the office. (Lucky us to get a bad attitude installer). The crew had a definite disrespect for the site (placing equipment on top of new plants). The owner did come in person 4 days later and said that this was not his standard for repairing after installation, fixed the heads again, and explained that the dug up sod was due to tree roots (not in every spot!). He said the grass would come back in 2 weeks. He came back again a week later and put down our grass seed (my insistence due to quality) and top soil. The grass looks ok, but not the pristine sod we put down. Due to the attitude, I wouldn't recommend them. 2 stars because the owner did try to make amends.

    Seems nice and helpful, but poor follow up. I'd like to hire them but will need to find someone else.
