    After a few meetings to discuss our budget, we were assured that it was possible to work with us. We issued our retainer, spent months developing plans, never once being informed that costs may be higher and when we received the contract, we were blindsided by an inflated sq footage price- by over 100. per ft OVER what we had specified was our limit.Now we are out our retainer, a builder and 5 months of our wasted time Simply disgusted and disappointed in the lack of professionalism in these people.
