  My mother's December 2023 rent has not being paid as of today Feb, 21 ****. I tried to get SCS to rectify this problem by calling, messaging and emails many times, but the case manager nor supervisor replies. These companies should be monitored by a goverment agency to prevent them from doing business. Government over-site is definitely necessary!!!!

  The rent check that the reviewer believed was not paid was, in fact, cashed and processed. The delay in updating our portal led to the confusion. We have since assigned a new Case Manager and provided the member with updated contact information for both the new Case Manager and the Supervisor.

  This business does not do what they say they would. They issued a new card but just try to get the funds they deducted from your bank account which shouldve been issued on November 7. It is now November 18 and I am still fighting for my funds. Anyone else have this problem?

  ****,We tried multiple times to reach you to explain the situation. the cause for the delay was due to the card being blocked and flagged for possible fraud as you were excessively trying to use it as unauthorized vendors. Since we verified the cargoes with you, your card has been working fine

  I got into the SCS Pooled Trust for medical reason's. My rent is always late. Even if I send it early, on the 25th of the month. I now have $3000.00 worth of late fees. The Pooled Trust does not pay late fees.

  ******* help me find the best solutions for my mother and her needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Let me not forget Patient. He and the wonderful team at SCS Pooled trust exceeded all of my expectations. I am beyond grateful and give him my highest recommendation.

  I am POA for my brother and this organization was suppose to help me get the ******** application passed for him. When I call I can't get anyone on the phone. I agree they are not professional at all. I don't trust them either. I just requested they cancel all dealings with my brother.

  Horrible. Unprofessional. Dishonest.They enrolled ** in June 2022. Never filed the pooled trust agreement or proof of deposit with ********* Then lied about it. Didn't find out until 6 months later. Denied ******** for our elderly aunt who makes **** in ss. No other income. ****** exploiting the elderly, profiteering off a convoluted bloated beaurocracy. Wish we had read the reviews beforehand. Buyer beware.

  SCS Pooled Trust is HORRIBLE!! They do not pay bills, customer service is terrible when you can actually reach someone! They have ruined my mothers credit! They are the worst company and should be ashamed of themselves! There are not enough words to say how horrible they are! Makes me sick!
