"The warranty/*** through this company has been like pulling teeth, after less than a year my gpu s*** the bed (not their fault) it took me weeks to get through the rma process at home they wanted me to do, then I had to pay 150$ out of my pocket to send it to them with insurance, then I sent multiple emails every week directly to the *** team with no response, I would have to directly call the company to get an update on a 2500$ machine, weeks go by with no updates, I call again and get told Oh they were about to send you an email to over your options and now they tell me I either wait a month for them to send the card to ****** (I couldve done that and already had a new card) or they can install another gpu and send it back, only problem is the new gpu doesnt fit the case they made and now Id have to pay an additional 120$ or 182$ for a new case. I called their office this morning to talk to a manager, the support kid told me they were in a meeting and would call me back in a few hours, never got a call back." ... Read full review
