    We have used Kook & Sons for at least 20 years. They are dependable, courteous, prompt arrival at appointment times. I can make appointments easily when there is something to be fixed in the house. They service my HVAC and all the split-system air conditioners in our house.

    They came to fix a kitchen sink that was clogged and told me it would be a $185 diagnostic fee and if anything else was needed or if the call when over an hour they would change more. They were here 15 mins and fixed it and attempted to charge me $325 because the lady on the phone was wrong and it was a set price and the $185 was an hourly rate. The tools to unclog it yourself are cheaper. I argued with them and they dropped down the price to $205, but for sure never do business with these people. I didn't check their reviews and almost got screwed because if it.

    We had utilized Kook and **** Services before we purchased our home in ****. I remember we were immediately impressed that the quality of work was above that of any of the plumbers we had previously experienced. After purchasing the home we did use a few different plumbers because the quotes from Kook were slightly higher. We learned our ****** very quickly. Just like anything of value, service comes at a cost. Kook & Sons have proven to be worth every dollar. The cost is for reliability, dependability, service, maintenance, the quality of the work, and professionalism. We converted to gas from oil and ****** and his team guided us through every step. He gave us several options but the final solution has been maintained and properly functioning for over fifteen years. Kook & Sons does a yearly check up before winter performing general maintenance on the heating system, which subsequently has never failed. If you value your home and want *********************, there is only one choice.
