    Very little technical support. The software has some great features, but what good is it if you don't get adequate training? They hire a 3rd party to do 3 days of training over a 5-week period. The trainings are rushed. So much to cover, so little time. Once the let you go, they drop you and leave you to resolve questions and upgrades with a chat bot. **** Is a far superior program. Do not be tempted. Clio is month to month and LEAP forces you into a 3 year contract. Steer clear of this software.
