    As a regular commuter, I am disappointed with the current service of Academy Bus. The lack of buses during the peak hour of 4-5 PM is frustrating. The **** Authority supervisor's incompetence creates more confusion than clarity, and their unprofessional attire is concerning. It's unfair to force people unable to board a full bus to join a new line at a different gate. Misleading gate signs add to the chaos, and the lack of an electronic timetable creates unnecessary confusion. I urge the management to address these concerns for a better commuting experience.
