    Klein picked up my brother's car for me and they paid cash on the spot. They came on time and they took the car away for free and paid us exactly what they quoted. The tow driver was very nice to work with!

    Poor communication and lax accountability. Was having my vehicle towed by Klein Recycling via a third party. The third party had terrible response times when it came to rescheduling pick up. I contacted Klein repeatedly inquiring and rescheduling pick up directly with them. The informed me they would pick up my vehicle prior to 4pm the day after the initial pick up date. I agreed to this and waited several hours and called one last time to confirm they were still coming. Whoever answered the phone took my address down for the 3rd time between the pickup date and then at 4pm. I was contacted by a representative of the company who informed me my vehicle was out of their pick up range. They claimed it was too far and the margins were too little to send a truck out to pick up my vehicle. I countered that they had received my address from the third party and from me 4 times now and why they had failed to inform me of this initially. the representative informed me that my case had "slipped through the crack" and that they were not sending a truck to pick up my vehicle because of the distance. My complaint here is that this company failed to review the information sent to them no less than 4 times over the course of 48 hours. I strongly recommend anyone who requires any service from them to do their due diligence so as to not waste 2 days of time as I have.
