Furniture Rental Exchange Policy:
If a client exchanges an itembecause it arrived damaged or the incorrect item was delivered or the websitegave a misrepresentation of the item, then they will exchange the item free of charge. The client will not be responsible for any delivery costs. If theclient chooses a more expensive item or less expensive item, they will beresponsible for the cost difference unless Churchill is out of stock on theoriginal item that they requested. If they are out of stock on the originalrequested item, then Churchill allows a complimentary item for up to a 15%increase over the original items cost.- Business Categories
