    We had just moved into our new home and the pool heater needed to be replaced. The previous owners got a quote from *** pools and it was included in the closing costs. We contacted them to replace the heater and informed them of the quote and all with no issues. They came to install about a month later and after installing it, gave me a bill for almost a $1000 more than the original quote. They had never informed us that they would be increasing the price and when the service man called the manager on speaker phone all he said "yeah, ya know, inflation" and hung up. As you can see my hands were tied as the heater was already installed so we begrudgingly paid the "inflated" price. The first time I turn it on this season it does not work. I call Geo pools as they installed it with the thought that this heater was just installed and they would come to take a look no questions asked. When I spoke to the store whoever answered was flustered that I even asked questions regarding anything pool related. "I do not know anything about heaters and you will need to speak to ******". I waited 3 days and still no call so I called back. I got the same response. You need to speak to ******, but I can put you on the schedule. I said that would be fine but I do not want to pay for someone to come out here as you guys just installed this heater and it's already not working. The man told me he would put me on the schedule and ****** would call me. Days later still no call from ****** so I made another call to the store with the same response that ********************* call me. The service people come and fix the pool without ****** ever calling and leave ** a bill for $200. The service man tried calling ****** for us but he couldn't even get in touch with him. We call again the next day and get the same response. We are now getting notifications for this bill with late fees added to it with no response from "******" after weeks of calling.
