This company is not reputable what so ever. How are you going to charge double for a job while youre loading up my personal belongings? That is a shady business practice. I highly recommend staying far away from this company.

******** movers broke numerous items stole things were two hours late for pick up then showed up hours before agreed upon time charging me hundreds extra ,the head guy was rude and disrespectful Don't use these people you will never get hold of them afterwards they won't answer their phones or if they do they act all sympathetic and lie to your face they say we will call you right back and never do *** they burn in h... for how they treated me and I'm sure others They sub contracted me to NJ transport they took advantage of me even my friends left me for fear of being yelled at They broke numerous items told me I can just buy new,it's my stuff who are they to say had to leave items behind as I had no way to get to a storage place I see many reviews similar to my experience my move was started at just about ****. Then went up to **** final amount at delivery was **** he did not want a postal money order but that was all that was available since I not filled it out yet he took it and probably put that 600 in his own pocket even the day workers he called in said they weren't paid as promised.if your dealing with people you need to show respect or get a different job but this is probably the only job he could get taking advantage and being rude disrespectful bet his mom is proud

Absolutely terrible- DO NOT USE. They prey on older people without fully explaining process. They sub- contracted job to ATLAS moving who tried to exhort an additional $4200 ($8400 total) for packing a small 2 bedroom house. These criminals then left all the belongings on the driveway and the police had to be called. STAY AWAY! They are complete thieves!

Our contract thru this broker used NJ transport for our move fromNY to ******* & this company is the worst. The truck they sent was not the size promised(had to leave some possessions in storage at extra cost), the employees didnt speak English, did irreparable damage to an adjustable bed( tho we provided the instructions for transporting), the supervisor was constantly talking on his phone & not attending to the team. We had been told that a safe that was supposed to go wouldnt be taken yet had been loaded while the supervisor was in another room on his phone and he wouldnt have the workers unload it upon discovering this(the safe was unlocked and has all my moms jewelry inside). Our decision to actually use a mover came later in the move so 85% of our belongings were already packed & some of this had to be unpacked and repacked into their company boxes else wouldnt be taken(at extra cost), a lot of our boxes were of the small variety so as to be transported via car(this was explained to the broker prior to committing &we were told this would not cost us more) but after the truck had been loaded(minus the things that wouldnt fit due to the smaller than promised truck) I was informed I would be charged per box & told if I didnt sign the paper they would unload right **************** help to put things back in house) or wait & discuss with corporate on Monday( this was Saturday). This all came with 1 month free storage & $750 fee monthly thereafter. This month they upped that fee to $937+!! Our original price $5127.20 in 3 payments. 2 were paid by time of pick-up, 1($1456.21)to be paid upon delivery. Day of pickup 2/1/2023 todays date 8/3/2023. If not for the extra cost of $3714.00 we would not have had to pay $3524 for that company to store our belongings & the only reason we have had to pay storage is because they refuse to deliver until we have paid both the agreed upon amount for delivery as well as the $3714 additional charges that were added after pickup.

This company is responsible for doing bait and switch! They work with Jersey transportation service. They put my property on their truck and doubled the estimate without telling me how much or approving the extra cost. Once they left my place the driver called screaming at me and telling me hes going to upcharge me significantly. No one reached out for an inventory list!! I was told they would be calling a few days prior to my move to go over the list of stuff. No one called and the mover took things out of my house that were not mine! I texted him a list of things the night before. Someone was to meet the mover at my house and I did not receive a call that he was at my house, he called after he left. So no one was there to make sure he was taking the correct property. In short- YES THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!! DO NOT YSE THEM!!

This was an awful experience for me. C2C provided a quote to move me to a new location for work. It seemed to good to be true, but we decided to go with it. In exchange for this bid, I was told I had to make a down payment of about $5000. The total bid for packing and moving was $12,500. We had a quality assurance call, at which point the individual handling the account informed us that the bid would be raised to $15,500. Still not a bad deal, and only a 25% increase, so I agreed. Moving day comes. The company doing the move informs me that they were "mislead" (I have questions about this too, but that's another topic), and that now it will cost $24,500 to move me. And wouldn't you know it, we cannot get anyone from C2C on the phone. So now we're stuck with either having to pay double our original quote, or having to find someone else to move me. It is highly unethical to do bids like this. C2C knows that they cannot make good on their deal, but they count on the movers to be the ones to do the dirty work of taking more money from the customer. They get you to put a deposit down, however, to lock in their great quote, so they have your money and no intention of honoring their deal. This also precludes you from getting another company to work with. I will never work with Coast to Coast again. This is a highly unethical company, and would advise anyone who reads this to steer clear of them. Learn from my horrible experience.

Gave us a bid on our move. Never did a walk through or even a virtual walk through. $5000 The next one that got the truck was the same song and dance but very rude and did another assessment and came up with another on volume and was way higher another $4600. The movers came on a Sunday did a real walk through and sent pictures to his boss. By the inventory it was spot on. The volume was again way off and another increase of $5600.trued to get ahold of Coast to Coast for three times transferred all three times and said they were closed on Sunday all three times the forth time basicly told us to go away and hung up. We had to do the move because the house was sold. Called the next day and got more runaround and they werent going to help us so nearly $15,000 for the moving broker and $13,000 to the mover. The movers did an AWSOME job Coast to Coast didnt do anything but s**** us out of a bunch of money. I wouldnt trust them with anything. Dont trust them
