    Very poor communication. They cashed the first check and I didnt hear from them until I finally reached out, weeks later to see what was going on. After it was finally started, the job took forever. Little work got done each day. Final product passed inspection but was done with zero quality. The tank vent pipes were installed on angle and the 2nd tank was installed out of level. They used our old vent caps that never stayed on instead of new. On top of that now my yard looks like s*** They sent our top soil to someone else's property and brought in "top soil" that was filled with thousands of large rocks and a ton of broken glass. They also destroyed the brand new asphalt street in front of my house. Very dissatisfied with their work. Look elsewhere to have your septic installed.Now a few weeks later our ground where they dug for the electrical and the tanks is sinking.
